You can use our series of self-serve Visualizing Fraction PD Modules to help students understand fraction relationships by using Cuisenaire Rods.

Early Childhood
Three new Early Childhood Sample Lessons were recently added to the NYS-MEP’s web resource Library. The lessons use A-Z Readers for the guided reading, and feature new handouts to use with children and share with parents.
For example, the “Picking Apples” lesson has a new parent handout with the Three Apples Counting Rhyme. In addition to the rhyme, it includes information about rhyming and suggestions for parents to share rhymes and songs from their childhood.
