Algebra I Cheat Sheet
This resource can be used with students and is the product of a NYS-MEP spring 2023 workshop for Migrant Educators, aimed at making the most of instructional time in preparation for the Algebra I Regents Examination. It is available in English and Spanish. On the last page, the cheat sheet includes the Next Generation Algebra I Reference Sheet from the NYSED website (updated on 5.2.24). Choose from the most Recently Released Exams. Each date shown includes the Exam, Scoring Key, and Rating Guide. Translated Editions of the Exam can be found here as well, in at least eight languages, including Spanish.
NYS Statewide Language RBERN Math Resources
The Bilingual Glossaries and Cognates provided by the NYS Statewide Language RBERN is for students to use during instruction during the school year and for the official testing accommodations for ELL/MLL students. Students can use these resources during the Regents Examination because documents are a one-to-one translation of the words, without any definitions.

Graphing Calculator 101
Understanding and using a graphing calculator are essential skills to pass the NYS Algebra I Regents Exam. The Graphing Calculator 101 Slides were presented in the Algebra Professional Learning Community in program year 2023-24. This resource provides step-by-step written instructions, diagrams, and links to YouTube videos to better understand and use the TI-84 Graphing Calculator (both the calculator itself and calculator apps for your phone).
