Welcome to the 2021-22 program year! We continue to live in times of uncertainty and to manage and jump through so many obstacles. But, as a member of the NYS-MEP, you are part of the MEP family and the support system that goes along with that. Hence, we are looking forward to the 2021-22 Program Year Kickoff event and seeing all of your faces on Zoom in September!

Join Kin T. Chee, Program Coordinator of the State Migrant Education Program as we reconnect with colleagues from all over the State and as we welcome some of our advocates and leaders from the New York State Education Department – Assistant Commissioner Jason Harmon, Office of Accountability and Director, Erica Meaker, Office of ESSA-Funded Programs – who will share their thoughts on the work we have accomplished and the work we have to do ahead.
