Simply Speaking Book
Simply Speaking was created to help you learn English. The lessons are meant to help you with your everyday life in New York. Some of the topics include: greetings, parts of the body, types of food, and words to say when going to the doctor. The vocabulary in these lessons will allow you to make new friends and communicate at work and in public places! It can be very difficult to study a new language, but your life can improve by learning one. Practice these lessons whenever you can! People who learn English become more independent. You will be able to defend yourself when treated unfairly. You will be able to buy things at stores, and order food at restaurants. You may even be able to receive promotions at work. The complete book is available below. In addition, there are two Pdf files which are each half of the complete book. These are available to you in case the whole book is too large of a file to download or send: Level 1A (first 36 pages) and Level 1B (page 37 to the end). |
