Description
Join this virtual training to:
- Recognize many children with developmental delays and disabilities are not identified early.
- Improve awareness of systems for early identification of developmental delays and disabilities.
- Understand the CDC’s “Learn the Signs. Act Early.” Campaign. Find out about Free resources for families to monitor and discuss their child’s development.
- Promote parent-engaged developmental monitoring/surveillance.

Meet the Presenter
Dr. Romina Barros is a Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrician who serves as the NY State CDC Act Early Ambassador and the Chief for the Division of Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics at the NYU Langone Hospital Long Island.
