This condensed version of the Statewide Student Forms and Supplemental Service Codes workshop is designed for part-time Migrant Educators needing the must knows for Web App and entering services. Join the conversation to learn about NYS-MEP student forms being used in 2023-24. We will focus on the: 

• Academic Service Intensity Rubric (ASIR) and Leveling
• Service Level Requirements Chart
• WebApp: Needs Assessment, Service Delivery
• Needs Assessment
• Out of School Youth (OSY) Profile
• Personal Learning Plan (PLP)
• Supplemental Service Codes and Description Box
